Participation & Education

We are convinced that a participatory, open discourse is an essential component of democracies. Therefore, our goal is to create spaces in which people can come together negotiate social aspects and processes in a participatory way – regardless of age, cultural or social background. We translate complex topics into methodical-didactic formats, set impulses for self-reflection and controversy, and produce real but also virtual participation and networking opportunitiesfor civil society actors and organizations.

For us, education is a central requirement for discourse and democratic participation, which is why we set our focus primarily on political, historical and cultural education. For many years, we have been consulting within the educatial field and developing the right mix of interactive, cross-media, and participatory formats with our clients and partners. We are familiar with the relevant actors, as well as current social and professional discourses.

Sustainability

For us, sustainability is more than just a topic: Sustainability is at the same time foundation, mission and goal of our work! We play an active role in shaping social processes by considering sustainability in all its dimensions – social, ecological and economic – and by stimulating, implementing and developping ideas. In our everyday office life, as part of our services, as well as in trainings and workshops on sustainable event management, we illustrate more sustainable approaches and develop creative, resource-conserving, and environmentally compatible solutions with and for our clients and partners – including in the digital space.

Transformation

Always an eye on contemporary, current topics and always a feel for the trends of the future: We actively engage in shaping digital, social and ecological transformations, while, at the same time, we share and consider our observations and estimations on topical social and political phenomena within our consulting and conceptual services.

For us, transformation also plays a crucial aspect with regard to our operational services: Whether it is the realisation of a digital or hybrid event, a conference that is aimed to be as climate-neutral as possible, or the inclusion of a broad target group within the context of a barrier-free, diversity-sensitive seminar – we consider social and ecological developments, adapt to new situations, and are never at a loss for new ideas. We believe, that this is just what professional and reliable partnerships look like in a world that is constantly in flux!
